Churchill China plc (AIM: CHH), the manufacturer of innovative performance ceramic products serving hospitality markets worldwide, announces that its Annual Report and Accounts for the year ended 31 December 2018 and its Notice of Annual General Meeting were posted to shareholders on 23 April 2019.
