Item 5.02 Departure of Directors or Certain Officers; Election of Directors; Appointment of Certain Officers; Compensatory Arrangements of Certain Officers.
Jodell Heller, principal accounting officer of CHS Inc., has retired from the Company as of February 1, 2011. Ms. Heller recently marked her 40th anniversary with CHS. Her career included serving in several corporate accounting positions, and in 1993 she was named Vice President-Accounting and Corporate Controller by the former Cenex, and assumed the same role with CHS at the time of the 1998 merger with Harvest States until her retirement. An announcement regarding future leadership in her areas of responsibility will be made when CHS has identified a successor. Pending the naming of the successor, David Kastelic, Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer, will assume the responsibilities of the Company's principal accounting officer.
