Christie Group plc (CTG.L), the leading provider of Professional Business Services and Stock & Inventory Systems & Services to the leisure, retail and care markets, has been advised that Mrs Sunita Day, the wife of Christopher Day, Executive Director, has today transferred 17,800 Christie Group ordinary shares to Mr Day for nil consideration.

Accordingly, Mr Day's beneficial and non-beneficial holdings in the Company remain unchanged at 686,713 ordinary shares, representing approximately 2.59 per cent of the total voting rights of the Company.
