Major shareholder announcements from Burlington Loan Management DAC and Davidson Kempner Capital Management LP

In accordance with section 30 of the Danish Capital Markets Act, Chr. Hansen Holding A/S hereby announces that the company has been notified by Burlington Loan Management DAC ("Burlington") and Davidson Kempner Capital Management LP ("DKCM"), as follows:
- Burlington as of September 18, 2023, directly holds more than 5% of the total share capital of Chr. Hansen Holding A/S; and
- Davidson Kempner European Partners, LLC ("DKEP") as of September 18, 2023, directly holds more than 5% of the total voting rights of Chr. Hansen Holding A/S.
The above notifications specify that Burlington has delegated the voting authority in respect of its shares in Chr. Hansen Holding A/S to DKEP due to DKEP being sub investment advisor to DKCM, which is Burlington's investment manager. DKEP is controlled by DKCM, which in turn is controlled by a chain of controlled undertakings, and which thus all are indirect holders of more than 5% of the voting rights in Chr. Hansen Holding A/S. The full chain of controlled undertakings (starting with the ultimate controlling natural person), as of September 18, 2023, is as follows:
