Statement of 20 Largest Shareholders, Distribution of Shareholders and number of Chorus Shares on issue as at 30 November 2011

In accordance with undertakings given by Chorus Limited (ARBN 152 485 848) ( Chorus ) to ASX in connection with the listing of ordinary shares in Chorus ( Chorus Shares ), and associated waivers granted by ASX, attached are the following:

1. a final statement setting out the names of the twenty largest holders of Chorus Shares, and the number and percentage of Chorus Shares held by those holders; and

2. a final distribution schedule of the numbers of holders of Chorus Shares in the form contained in Appendix 1A to the ASX Listing Rules, paragraph 48.

Chorus also advises that:

• as at 30 November 2011, there are 385,082,123 Chorus Shares on issue; and

• • based on the closing price of Chorus Shares on ASX on 29 November 2011, the number of holders of a parcel of Chorus Shares with a value of more than $2,000 as at 30 November 2011 is 9,555 .
