Jo Crawford appointed as Acting GM Customer Care
Chorus has today announced that Jo Crawford will be appointed Acting General Manager Customer Care from today, 25 September 2017.
“We are delighted Jo has agreed to step up to the Executive team in an acting capacity as Chorus continues to pursue its organizational changes with a strong focus on improving customer experience,” said Kate McKenzie, Chorus CEO.
Jo was previously Chorus’ Head of Copper Provisioning and Assure.
Chorus is continuing the recruitment process for a permanent appointment.
