F1: The Issuer redeemed from Oasis Petroleum Inc. ("OAS") these common units representing limited partner interests ("Common Units") held by OMS Holdings LLC ("OMS Holdings") in connection with, and in the same quantity as were offered in, the Issuer's public offering of Common Units which closed on June 29, 2021 (the "Offering").

F2: This Form 4 is being jointly filed by OMS Holdings, Oasis Petroleum LLC ("Oasis Petroleum") and OAS. As of June 29, 2021, OMS Holdings directly owns 33,846,032 Common Units, Oasis Petroleum directly owns 100% of the outstanding membership interests in OMS Holdings and OAS directly owns 100% of the outstanding membership interests in Oasis Petroleum. Accordingly, OAS and Oasis Petroleum may be deemed to be indirect beneficial owners of the securities of the Issuer held by OMS Holdings.

F3: Under the underwriting agreement entered into in connection with the Offering, the Issuer granted the underwriter a 30-day over-allotment option to purchase an aggregate 543,478 additional Common Units. Upon the exercise of the option, Issuer will redeem from OAS, at a price per Common Unit equal to $24.00, a number of Common Units held by OMS Holdings equal to the number of additional Common Units purchased by the underwriter.
