DIVIDEND ALERT: US$0.836 CASH DIVIDEND TO BE DISTRIBUTED ON JULY 25 TO ChipMOS ADS HOLDERS PRE-WITHHOLDING TAX AND FEES

Hsinchu, Taiwan, July 21, 2025 - ChipMOS TECHNOLOGIES INC. (“ChipMOS” or the “Company”) (Taiwan Stock Exchange: 8150 and Nasdaq: IMOS), an industry leading provider of outsourced semiconductor assembly and test services (“OSAT”), announced an US$0.836 cash dividend per ADS (or approximately US$0.640 per ADS after Taiwan’s withholding tax and Citibank, N.A.’s depositary fees) will be distributed on July 25, 2025.
