Clarification of Taiwan media report

On September 4, 2023, Taiwan media reported the Company's second half 2023 revenues with a 8~10% increase estimated by institute investor as compare to its first half 2023 revenues. The Company clarified that all the financial and business information should be refer to the Company's public announcements.
