ChipMOS to Present at 2017 Credit Suisse Greater China Technology and Internet Conference

Hsinchu, Taiwan – January 9, 2017 - ChipMOS TECHNOLOGIES INC. (“ChipMOS” or the “Company”) (Taiwan Stock Exchange: 8150 and NASDAQ: IMOS), an industry leading provider of outsourced semiconductor assembly and test services (“OSAT”), today announced that it will participate in Credit Suisse’s 2017 Greater China Technology and Internet Conference, in Hong Kong on Thursday, January 12 and Friday, January 13.

Management from the Company will host meetings with institutional investors to discuss the Company’s financial performance, business trends and growth opportunities. There will be no webcast of the conference. The Company’s investor update is currently available on the investor relations’ section of its website at www.chipmos.com .
