VOLUNTARY ANNOUNCEMENT PASSING AWAY OF VICE PRESIDENT OF THE GROUP

The board of directors (the “ Board ”) of China Risun Group Limited (the “ Company ” or “ Risun ”) and its subsidiaries (collectively known as the “ Group ”) announces with great sadness that Mr. Jia Yunshan (“ Mr. Jia ”), the vice president of the Group, passed away due to illness on March 31, 2023.

Mr. Jia, being one of the vice presidents and senior management of the Group made tremendous contributions to the establishment and development of the Group with his heartful determination for 28 years, he was the follower and pioneer of Risun’s enterprise. Mr. Jia joined the Group in May 1995 and was subsequently appointed as vice president of the Group in December 2004. Mr. Jia joined Risun since the establishment of Xingtai Risun Trading Limited* (“ Xingtai Risun Trading ”) (邢台旭陽貿易有限公司) and held various management positions, including vice general manager of Xingtai Risun Trading. Mr. Jia played an important role to upholding financing tasks, broadening financing channels, improving financial structure and expanding scale of finance by strongly supporting the business development of Risun in innovative ways. Mr. Jia was honored as “Outstanding Risun member” award twice in 2015 and 2020 as a recognition of his outstanding contribution to the Group.

The Board expresses its deepest sorrow to Mr. Jia’s passing away and conveys the deepest condolences to Mr. Jia’s family. The Board considers that the passing away of Mr. Jia will not have material impact to the operations of the Group.
