RESIGNATION OF EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR

The Board of Directors (the “ Board ”) of Daphne International Holdings Limited (the “ Company ”) announces that Mr. Chen Tommy Yi-Hsun (“ Mr. Chen ”) has tendered his resignation as Executive Director of the Company with effect from 17 January 2020 due to his personal reason and other business engagements.

The Board would like to take this opportunity to express its sincere gratitude to Mr. Chen for his valuable contribution to the Company during his tenure of service.

Mr. Chen has confirmed that he has no disagreement with the Board and there is no matter in relation to his resignation which should be brought to the attention of the shareholders of the Company and The Stock Exchange of Hong Kong Limited.
