ANNOUNCEMENT OF CHANGE OF DIRECTORS
The Board of Directors (the "Board") of Prime Success International Group Limited (the "Company") announces that Messrs. CHEN Si-An and LEE Hau-Kit have resigned as non-executive directors of the Company with effect from 31st July, 2001.
The Board also announces that Messrs. KUO Jung-Cheng and HUANG Shun-Tsai have been appointed as non-executive directors of the Company with effect from 31st July, 2001.
The Board would like to express appreciation to Mr. Chen and Mr. Lee for their valuable contributions to the Company during their past services with the Company.
