Item 8.01. Other Events.

On March 6, 2018, China Pharma Holdings, Inc. (the “Company”) received notification from the NYSE American LLC (“NYSE American”) informing the Company that it had regained compliance with NYSE American’s continued listing standards.

The “below compliance" (“.BC”) indicator has no longer been disseminated since March 7, 2018, and the Company has been removed from the list of noncompliant issuers on the NYSE American website.
