DATE OF BOARD MEETING

The board of directors (the “ Board ”) of China Maple Leaf Educational Systems Limited (the “ Company ”, together with its subsidiaries and consolidated affiliated entities, the “ Group ”) hereby announces that a meeting of the Board will be held on Tuesday, 30 November 2021 for the purpose of, among other matters, considering and approving the audited final results of the Group for the year ended 31 August 2021.
