DATE OF BOARD MEETING; AND DATE OF PUBLICATION OF ANNUAL RESULTS ANNOUNCEMENT
Reference is made to the announcements of China Maple Leaf Educational Systems Limited (the “ Company ”, together with its subsidiaries and consolidated affiliated entities, the “ Group ”) dated 18 November 2021 and 30 November 2021 in relation to, among other matters, the convening of the meeting of the board of directors of the Company (the “ Board ”) for the purpose of, among other matters, considering and approving the audited final results of the Group for the year ended 31 August 2021 (the “ 2021 Audited Annual Results ”) and the delay in publication of the 2021 Audited Annual Results.
The Board hereby announces that, after prudent internal discussion and considerations, the Board meeting in respect of considering and approving the 2021 Audited Annual Results will be held on Monday, 13 December 2021. The 2021 Audited Annual Results will be published on the same date.
