Failure to complete the box(es) will entitle your proxy to cast his votes at his discretion. Your proxy will also be entitled to vote at his discretion on any amendment to the resolutions referred to in the notice convening the Meeting which has been properly put to the Meeting.
- This proxy form must be signed by you or your attorney duly authorised in writing or, in the case of a corporation, must be signed under the hand of an officer duly authorised on its behalf together with a company chop.
- In the case of joint registered holders, any one of such persons may vote, either personally or by proxy in respect of such Share, provided that if more than one of such joint holders be present at the Meeting or any adjournment thereof, personally or by proxy, that one of the said persons so present whose name stands first on the register of Members of the Company in respect of such Share shall alone be entitled to vote in respect thereof.
- To be valid, this proxy form must be deposited with the Company’s branch share registrar and transfer office in Hong Kong (the “Branch Registrar”), Computershare Hong Kong Investor Services Limited, at 17M Floor, Hopewell Centre, 183 Queen’s Road East, Wanchai, Hong Kong not less than forty-eight (48) hours before the time appointed for holding the Meeting. If this proxy form is signed by an attorney of a Shareholder who is not a corporation, the power of attorney or other authority under which it is signed or a certified copy of that power of attorney or authority (such certification to be made by either a notary public or a solicitor qualified to practice in Hong Kong) must be delivered to the Branch Registrar together with this proxy form. Completion and return of this form will not preclude you from attending and voting in person at the Meeting or any adjournment thereof, if you wish to do so. In that event, this proxy form will be deemed to have been revoked. According to Rule 17.47(4) of the GEM Listing Rules, voting on all proposed resolutions set out in this proxy form will be taken by a poll.

Your supply of your and your proxy’s (or proxies’) name(s) and address(es) is on a voluntary basis for the purpose of processing your request for the appointment of a proxy (or proxies) and your voting instructions for the Meeting (the “Purposes”). We may transfer your and your proxy’s (or proxies’) name(s) and address(es) to our agent, contractor, or third party service provider who provides administrative, computer and other services to us for use in connection with the Purposes and to such parties who are authorised by law to request the information or are otherwise relevant for the Purposes and need to receive the information. Your and your proxy’s (or proxies’) name(s) and address(es) will be retained for such period as may be necessary to fulfill the Purposes. Request for access to and/or correction of the relevant personal data can be made in accordance with the provisions of the Personal Data (Privacy) Ordinance (Chapter 486 of the Laws of Hong Kong) and any such request should be in writing by mail to the Company/Computershare Hong Kong Investor Services Limited at the above address.
