SUPPLEMENTAL ANNOUNCEMENT DISCLOSEABLE TRANSACTION LOAN AGREEMENT

Reference is made to the announcement of the Company dated 3 November 2019 in relation to the discloseable transaction regarding the Loan Agreement (the “ Announcement ”). Unless otherwise defined, terms used herein shall have the same meanings as those defined in the Announcement.

The Company wish to provide further information relating to the Loan Agreement.

1. To the best of the Directors’ knowledge, information and belief after having made all reasonable enquiries, (i) the ultimate beneficial owners of the borrower are Mr. Chu Haitao and Ms. Yu Qing, who are husband and wife; (ii) the Guarantors are Mr. Chu Haitao, Mr. Chu Haidong and Ms. Zhang Jingkai, who are relatives of each other and Independent Third Parties of the Company; and

2. The Guarantors agreed to pledge their real estate located in Beijing, the PRC, including two commercial properties and one residential property, with a prevailing market value in excess of RMB55,000,000, as guarantee for the settlement of all amounts, obligations and liabilities due, owing or incurred under the Loan Agreement.
