During the period, the Group established two new companies: Winery Assets EOOD and Wine Assets EOOD.

- Opinion of the management body about the likelihood of realization of the published forecasts on the results of the current financial year, taking account of the results of the current quarter, as well as information about the factors and circumstances which will influence the obtaining of the forecast results at least for the next quarter
- Chimimport AD has not published forecasts for the current period at consolidated base

At the end of the reporting quarter the Group provided loans to unrelated parties /together with accrued interest/ in the amount of BGN 3 608 625 thousand, including licensed banking activity: BGN 3 407 549 thousand, from the non-banking activity of the group, loans to Bulgarian legal entities, under market interest rates amounting to BGN 201 076 thousand, of which maturing within one year amounting to BGN 85 590 thousand, the remaining amount amounting to BGN 115 486 thousand with acceptance at contractual maturities up to 2030.
