RELEASE OF ORDINARY SHARES FROM ESCROW

Chimeric Therapeutics (ASX:CHM, “Chimeric” or the “Company”), a clinical-stage cell therapy company, advises pursuant to ASX Listing Rule 3.10A that in accordance with the admission announcement on 15 January 2021, 18,800,065 fully paid ordinary shares will be released from escrow on 1 September 2021.

The shares to be released from escrow are already quoted on the ASX and are included in the current 330,859,716 fully paid ordinary shares on issue (ASX: CHM).
