Appointment of Strategic Advisers

Chill Brands Group plc (LON:CHLL) (OTCQX:ZOEIF), the international CBD group, is pleased to announce the appointment of Thomas Hensey and Tim Ransom as strategic advisers in connection with the Group's ongoing brand development and expansion activities.

Highlights

·      Chill to benefit from the guidance and insight of industry experts whose success portfolio includes Red Bull, NFL, Coppertone, Jimmy Dean, Hillshire Farms, and hundreds of Fortune 500 brand extensions

The Group has signed a service agreement with Thomas Hensey's Rhino Marketing that secures support for product development, marketing, and strategic communication. Mr Hensey has over 30 years of international brand experience working across the Red Bull, British American Tobacco, Budweiser, Nissan, and National Football League portfolios.

Mr Hensey is joined by Tim Ransom, another stalwart of the brand growth world and President of the Ransom Company. Mr Ransom is highly regarded in the industry and was instrumental to the successful design, launch, and repositioning of brands that include Coca Cola, Fruit of the Loom, Sarana Beer, Florida's Natural, Stax Recording, and Coppertone. 

Mr Ransom and Mr Hensey are now closely engaged with the Chill team, guiding brand-building efforts and finding new routes to commercialisation for the Group's products. The Group looks forward to providing a further update on the progress of these activities in due course.
