SUPPLEMENTAL ANNOUNCEMENT SUSPENSION OF CHIEF EXECUTIVE OFFICER’S FUNCTION

Reference is made to the announcement (the “ Announcement ”) of the Company dated 6 December 2021 in relation to the suspension (the “ Suspension ”) of the functions as chief executive officer of the Company (“ CEO ”) of Mr. Rafael Heinrich Suchan (“ Mr. Suchan ”). The board of directors of the Company (the “ Board ”) wishes to provide the shareholders of the Company with additional information in relation to the Suspension.

The Company is currently investigating certain proposed transactions which Mr. Suchan took part in the negotiation, as such, in order for the Company to carry out the investigation independently of Mr. Suchan, the Company decided to suspend the CEO functions of Mr. Suchan with effect from 6 December 2021.

The Board confirms that the Suspension would not have any material impact on the Group’s operations and financial position. The Board is also not aware of any monetary dispute between the Company and Mr. Suchan.
