Item 5.07. Submission of Matters to a Vote of Security Holders.

The Company’s Annual Meeting of Stockholders was held on May 12, 2015. At the meeting, (1) the eight nominees named in the Company’s proxy statement dated March 27, 2015 were elected to serve for a term ending at the Annual Meeting in 2016 and (2) the selection of Crowe Horwath LLP to serve as the Company’s independent registered public accounting firm for 2015 was ratified.
