Pursuant to Regulation 29 of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, notice is hereby given that the Board of Directors of the Company shall meet on Saturday, 11th February, 2023 at 11:00 A.M. through video conferencing or other audio-visual means to be conducted from the Registered Office to inter-alia consider and approve the unaudited standalone financial results of the Company for the quarter and nine-months ended 31st December, 2022.

Further, please be informed that pursuant to Securities and Exchange Board of India (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, the Trading Window for dealing in securities of the Company by the designated persons defined under the Company’s "Code of Conduct to Regulate, Monitor and Report Trading in Securities of Cheviot Company Limited by Insiders" which has closed on 1st January, 2023 shall remain closed till 48 hours after the quarterly results are displayed on the websites of the Company and stock exchanges, where the shares are listed.
