Block admission of shares for exercise of warrants

An application has been made to the Financial Conduct Authority and the London Stock Exchange for admission to (i) the Official List and (ii) to trading on the London Stock Exchange's main market for a block listing of securities in respect of a total of 5,000,000 Ordinary Shares arising on exercise of 5,000,000 existing Series A warrants, on the basis of one share per warrant (the "Shares").

The Shares are being reserved under the block listing and will be issued as and when Series A warrants are exercised. When issued, the Shares will rank pari passu with existing Ordinary Shares of the Company.
