Final Results and Options

Final Results

Chesterfield Resources plc is pleased to announce its final results for the year ended 31 December 2021. The Annual Report will be available later today to view on the company's website at www.chesterfieldresourcesplc.com.

The Company will post the Annual Report to shareholders and provide notice for its Annual General Meeting in the coming weeks.

Options

Chesterfield Resources plc has agreed to issue an employee with options over a total of 100,000 Ordinary Shares of 0.1p each in the capital of the Company. These options will vest immediately and will expire on 3 January 2026 with an exercise price of 7p.
