Publication of Prospectus

Chesterfield Resources plc is pleased to announce the publication of its prospectus dated 28 June 2018 (the "Prospectus") in connection with the acquisition of HKP Exploration Ltd, the placing of 10,766,667 new ordinary shares of 0.1p each in the capital of the Company ("Ordinary Shares"), the subscription of 15,900,000 new Ordinary Shares and the admission of its entire issued and to be issued Ordinary Shares to the Standard Listed segment of the Official List of the UK Listing Authority and to trading on the Main Market of the London Stock Exchange ("Admission").

It is expected that Admission will become effective and that dealings in the Ordinary Shares will commence at 8.00 a.m. on 3 July 2018.

The Prospectus has been approved by the UK Listing Authority and submitted to the National Storage Mechanism and will shortly be available at http://www.morningstar.co.uk/uk/nsm and at http://www.chesterfieldresourcesplc.com.
