Chesterfield Resources plc announces the following dealings by Directors:

On 4 March 2021, Peter Damouni, non-executive director of Chesterfield Resources plc, purchased 50,000 Ordinary Shares at an aggregate price of 9.23 pence per Ordinary Share. Following this transaction, Mr Damouni's total interest in the Company is now 1,583,000 Ordinary Shares, representing 1.5% of the total voting rights of the Company.

On 4 March 2021, Martin French, executive chairman of Chesterfield Resources plc, purchased 175,000 Ordinary Shares at an aggregate price of 9.17 pence per Ordinary Share. Following this transaction, Mr French's total interest in the Company is now 3,175,000 Ordinary Shares, representing 3.1% of the total voting rights of the Company.

On 4 March 2021, Ajay Kejriwal, executive director of Chesterfield Resources plc, purchased 150,000 Ordinary Shares at an aggregate price of 9.3 pence per Ordinary Share.
