Chesnara today announces that an application has been made to the UK Listing Authority and the London Stock Exchange for a block listing of 450,000 ordinary shares of 5p each (the "Shares") to trade on the London Stock Exchange and to be admitted to the Official List.
The Shares will be reserved under a block listing and will be issued pursuant to the following schemes:
· 70,000 to be issued pursuant to the Chesnara Short-Term Incentive (STI) Scheme
· 245,000 to be issued pursuant to the Chesnara Long-Term Incentive (LTI) Scheme
· 47,000 to be issued pursuant to the Chesnara Share Save Scheme
· 88,000 to be issued pursuant to the Scildon Share Bonus Plan
It is anticipated that the block listing will be adequate to satisfy the maximum foreseeable requirements of staff incentive schemes over the next two years.
It is expected that admission will become effective on 25 April 2018. When issued, the Shares will rank pari passu with the existing ordinary shares of the Company.
