Effective February 24, 2012, Joseph Cummiskey resigned from his positions with Chesapeake Utilities Corporation (the "Company") and its subsidiaries. Mr. Cummiskey was a Vice President of the Company and the President and Chief Operating Officer of Peninsula Energy Services Company, Inc., the Company's natural gas marketing subsidiary.
