Munich, 28 April 2024 – Based on preliminary and unaudited figures, the Management Board of Cherry SE expects Group revenue of approximately EUR 25.3 million in the first quarter of 2025 (Q1 2024: EUR 30.3 million) and an adjusted Group EBITDA margin* of -8.0% (Q1 2024: 2.8%).

Group revenue for the first quarter of the current fiscal year is approximately 16% below the figure for the prior-year quarter. The adjusted Group EBITDA margin for the first quarter of 2025 is around 11 percentage points lower than the comparable figure for the first quarter of 2024. The full quarterly statement will be published as scheduled on 14 May 2025.
