On August 19, 2025, Chemung Financial Corporation (Nasdaq: CHMG) issued a press release announcing the declaration of a dividend increase of $0.02 per share, equal to a quarterly cash dividend of $0.34 per share, payable October 1, 2025, to common stock shareholders of record as of the close of business on September 17, 2025.

A copy of the press release is attached as Exhibit 99.1 to this report.
