Additional Listing
Application has been made to the UK Financial Conduct Authority and the London Stock Exchange for a blocklisting of 716,874 ordinary shares of 1p each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") to be admitted to the Official List and trading on the London Stock Exchange's market for listed securities ("Admission").
The new Ordinary Shares, which will rank pari passu with existing ordinary shares in issue, may be issued pursuant to the exercise of 716,874 employee share options granted under The Chemring Group 2018 UK Sharesave Plan on 5 August 2024. It is expected that Admission will become effective and that dealings in the Ordinary Shares will commence on 21 August 2024.
