Adjustments to Sharesave Awards

Adjustments have today been made to options over ordinary shares of 1 pence each in Chemring Group PLC ("Shares" and the "Company") previously granted to certain directors of the Company under the Chemring Group 2008 UK Sharesave Plan, in order to reflect the rights issue completed by the Company on 23 February 2016.
