Chemring Group PLC ("Chemring" or "the Company") announces that on 27 June 2022, the wife of Andrew Lewis, a director of the Company, sold 20,000 ordinary 1p shares in the Company, following which Mr Lewis and his wife purchased 6,194 and 6,194 ordinary shares in the Company respectively through Individual Savings Accounts. Following these transactions, Mr Lewis retains an interest in 401,152 ordinary 1p shares in the capital of the Company.
