Director Declaration

In accordance with Listing Rule 9.6.14, Chemring Group PLC (the "Company") announces that Carl-Peter Forster, a director of the Company, will take up an appointment as a non-executive director and Chair-designate of Keller Group plc on 16 December 2024 and will be appointed as Chair of Keller Group plc on 5 March 2025. As previously announced, Mr Forster will step down as a director and Chairman of the Board of the Company on 30 November 2024.
