DIRECTOR DECLARATION

In accordance with Listing Rule 9.6.14, Chemring Group PLC (the "Company") announces that Andrew Davies, a non-executive director of the Company, will take up an appointment as Chief Executive Officer of Carillion plc with effect from 2 April 2018. Andrew will leave his current position as Chief Executive of Wates Group Ltd on 10 November 2017.
