Chemring today announces that Andy Hamment, a Non-Executive Director of the Group, will step down from the Board on 30 April 2016.

Mr Hamment joined the Board of Chemring on 1 July 2013, and announced his intention to retire from the Board for personal reasons on 21 January 2016.
