We wish to inform you that the Board of Directors at the meeting held on 18[th] May 2023, approved the allotment of 10,700 equity shares of face value of Rs.10 under the Chemfab Alkalis Employees Stock option scheme (“CAESOS 2020”) to the employees those who have exercised their options.

Consequent to the aforesaid allotments, the paid-up share capital of the Company has increased as mentioned in the table below: -
