b) The Central/State Government authorities had imposed various restrictions to control the spread of Covid19 pandemic during the year and consequently, the low market demand had affected the Company's operations for the vear ended March31.2021. However, the Company had taken various steps including cost reduction measures, bringing in operational synergies etc.to ensure sufficient liquidity for the Company's operations. Towards the end of the current year, the second wave of Covid-19 pandemic hit the country and has once again resulted in disruption of business as State government authorities had announced partial/complete lockdown.With easing of certain restrictions in June 2021 by State government authorities, the Management expects demand to revive. The Company's Management has done ar assessment of the situation (including the liquidity position after taking into consideration continuing cost reduction measures, available investments, surplus funds with the Group, undrawn bank facilities etc.), and carrying value of all its assets and liabilities as at March31,2021 and concluded that there are no material adjustments required in the financial statements as at March31,2021. However, the impact assessment due to COVID-19 is acontinuing process given the uncertainty associated with its nature and duration. The Company will continue to monitor any material changes as the situation evolves."
c) The Company has allotted 22,81,854 equity shares of face value of Rs.10 each at a premium of Rs.99.56 per equity share on preferential basis to two promoters of the Company on March 23,2021and March 25, 2021 equally amounting to Rs.2,500 Lakhs.
d) The figures for the last quarter are the balancing figures between audited figures in respect of the full financial year and the unaudited published year to date figures upto third quarterof the financial year.

...11) பிஐஎப்ஆர் மறு மூலதனமயமாக்கல் திட்டத்தின் கீழ் ஏற்கனவே கம்பெனி நலிவுற்று உள்ளது .என்றபோதிலும் பேங்க் ஆப் இந்தியாவுடன் ஒரு முறை தீர்வு காணப்பட்ட பின்னர் நிலங்களை விற்பனை செய்வதன் மூலம் நிதி திரட்ட முடிந்தது என்றாலும், எஸ்எல்பி அனுமதியை கருத்தில் கொண்டு பெஞ்சின் வழிகாட்டுதலின்பேரில் ஜிஎம்பி வழக்கில் உச்சநீதிமன்றத்தில் ரூ 4,00,00,000/– டெபாசிட் செய்ய பயன்படுத்தப்பட வேண்டிய கட்டாயம் ஏற்பட்டது. இது செயல்பாடுகளை மீண்டும் தொடங்குவதை கடுமையாக பாதித்துள்ளது.
...ii) கம்பெனி பல்வேறு நீதிமன்றங்களில் போராடி வருகிறது மற்றும் BIFR, AAIFR மற்றும் டெல்லி உயர்நீதிமன்ற உத்தரவுகள் இருந்தும், நீதிமன்ற முடிவுகளை மீறி அதிகப்படியான போக்குவரத்து .கட்டணங்களை GAIL வசூலித்து வருகிறது. சென்னை உயர்நீதிமன்றத்தில் நிலுவையில் உள்ள வட்டி மூலம் அதிகப்படியான போக்குவரத்துக் கட்டணங்கள் காரணமாக உரிமை கோரல் தொகை ரூ.27.99கோடி ஆகும். இது மீண்டும் செயல்பாடுகளைத் தொடங்குவதையும் நிறுத்தியுள்ளது.
iv) கம்பெனியின் செயல்பாடுகளை மீண்டும் தொடங்க செய்யும் முயற்சியில் நிதி நெருக்கடி இருந்தாலும் அரசு வழிகாட்டுதலின்படி, ரூ.ூ லட்சங்கள் பணிநீக்க ஊதியங்களுக்கு மாதந்தோறும் பணம் செலுத்துவதன் மூலம் நிறுவனம் குறைந்தபட்ச தொழிலாளர் சக்தியைப் பராமரிக்கிறது.
v) நெய்சர் பிராண்டை சந்தையில் சுறுசுறுப்பாக வைத்திருக்கவும், 31.03.2021 உடன் முடிவடைந்த ஆண்டிற்கான ரூ. 148.43 லட்சம் விற்பனை வருவாயை அடையவும் கம்பெனி அவுட்சோர்சிங்கை நாடியள்ளகட
vi) வரிகள் மற்றும் தொழிலாளாகளுக்கு ஊதிய பணம் செலுத்துவதன் மூலம் சட்டரீதியான அதிகாரிகள் மற்றும் ஒழுங்குமுறை அதிகாரிகளுக்கான கடமைகளை கம்பெனி தொடாந்து மதித்து வருகிறது. மேற்கூறியவை தவிர, கவனிக்க வேண்டிய முக்கிய விஷயங்கள்.
அ) முதலீட்டாளர்களின் நிதிகள் கிடைத்தவுடன் மறுதொடக்கம் செய்ய நாங்கள் திட்டமிட்டுள்ளோம். ஊரடங்கு குறைந்த பின்னர் அதற்கான கலந்துரையாடல்கள் நடந்து வருகின்றன. முதலீட்டாளர்கள் கணக்கிடப்படாத சொத்தை மற்றும் அவர்களின் முதலீட்டிற்கான முன்நிபந்தனையாக விற்பனைவரித் துறையின் கட்டணம் நீக்கப்பட வேண்டும் என்று விரும்பினர். ஜூலை 21 ஆம் தேதி அன்று மாண்பமை சென்னை உயர்நீதிமன்றம், எங்கள் வழக்கை விசாரித்து, வரிப் பொறுப்பைத் தள்ளுபடி செய்வதற்கு அரசாணையை வழங்குமாறு அரசு பிரதிநிதிகளுக்கு உத்தரவிட்டது.
