Sub: Discrepancies in Standalone Financial Results.

This has reference to your email dated 15[th] June, 2021, in the captioned matter.

We would like to inform you that our letter bearing ref. no. SE/CS/2021-22/12 dated 15[th] May, 2021 mentioned that the results were approved by the Board at its meeting held on 15[th] May, 2021 and our letter bearing ref. no. SE/CS/2021-22/15 dated 8[th] June, 2021 was in continuation to the same for rectification of an error.

We would like to bring to your notice that the file approved by the Board had the correct figures, however, whilst taking printout and preparing xbrl, inadvertently, a row got missed and hence this error occurred in the standalone financials. The impact of the same was only on the Profit after Tax figures (standalone) and Total Comprehensive Income and there was no effect on the Balance Sheet figures. Also, please note that the amount missed was Rs0.56 lakhs which is approx. 0.06% of the PAT.

We therefore request you to kindly take this on record and close this query as there was no requirement for calling another Board Meeting for approval of financials.
