Dear Sir / Madam,

Pursuant to the provisions of Regulation 30 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 (SEBI LODR Regulations), we would like to inform you that Phiroze Sethna Private Limited – a wholly owned subsidiary of the Company has permanently closed the Thane manufacturing facility.

In terms of SEBI Circular CIR/CFD/CMD/4/2015 dated 9 September 2015, we provide herein below the information as per the requirements specified under Para B of Part A of Schedule III of SEBI LODR Regulations:

a) date of such binding agreement, if any, entered for sale of such unit/division, if any - NA b) revenue contributed by such unit or division during the last financial year – Rs. 7 crore c) date of closure or estimated time of closure – w.e.f. 20[th] August, 2021 d) reasons for closure – poor financial viability

This closure will not adversely affect the Consolidated financials of the Company.
