In continuation to our earlier communication dated 21[st] January 2022 regarding the Merger of Chembond Polymers and Materials Limited (Wholly Owned Subsidiary) into Chembond Material Technologies Private Limited (Wholly Owned Subsidiary), we would like to inform you that Hon’ble National Company Law Tribunal, Mumbai Bench has sanctioned the Scheme of Amalgamation of Chembond Polymers and Materials Limited (Transferor Company) into Chembond Material Technologies Private Limited (Transferee Company) and their respective shareholders pursuant to the provisions of Sections 230 to 232 and other applicable provisions of the Companies Act, 2013 and rules made thereunder (“the Scheme”) vide their order dated 11[th] September, 2023 with an Appointed Date of 1[st] April, 2022.

In this regard, we would like to inform you that both the Companies have filed Form No. INC-28 with Registrar of Companies today. Kindly disseminate this information on your website.
