We wish to inform you that Chembond Water Technologies Limited, a wholly owned subsidiary of Chembond Chemicals Limited has incorporated a wholly owned subsidiary under the name Chembond Water Technologies (Thailand) Company Limited in Thailand. The said Company has become wholly owned subsidiary of Chembond Water Technologies Limited w.e.f. June 23, 2020. The details required under Regulation 30 at SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 read with SEBI circular no. CIR/CFD/CMD/4/2015 dated September 09, 2015 is Annexed herewith.
