Pursuant to the provisions of Regulation 29 and other applicable regulations, if any, of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, notice is hereby given that a meeting of Board of Directors of the Company will be held on Thursday, 5[th] March, 2020 at Mumbai inter alia to consider declaration of interim dividend to the shareholders of the Company for the financial year 2019-20.

Further, subject to approval of the Board, the ‘Record Date’ for the purpose of payment of interim dividend on equity shares for the financial year 2019-20 will be Monday, 16[th] March, 2020.

Pursuant to the Company’s code of conduct for prevention of Insider Trading and SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, the trading window for dealing in securities of the Company for persons specified under the code, shall remain closed from beginning of the time of issue of this notice on Monday, 2[nd] March, 2020 till Saturday, 7[th] March, 2020 (both days inclusive).
