Pursuant to Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 read with Schedule III of the Listing Regulations, we wish to inform you that the second consecutive term of appointment of Dr. Prakash Trivedi (DIN: 00231288) as an Independent Director of the Company has ended on May 20, 2025. Consequently, Dr. Prakash Trivedi has ceased to be an Independent Director of the Company with effect from May 21, 2025.
