Elektron announces that the Company's annual report and financial statements for the year ended 31 January 2017, together with the notice of annual general meeting ('AGM') have been posted to shareholders.

The forthcoming AGM will be held at 2.00pm on Thursday 6 July 2017 in Seminar rooms 2 and 3, Hauser Forum, 3 Charles Babbage Road, Cambridge CB3 0GT.
