Director Dealing, Exercise of Options and Total Voting Rights

Checkit (AIM: CKT), announces that it has allotted 413,925 new ordinary shares of 5 pence each in the share capital of the Group ("Ordinary Shares") following the exercise of share options under the Checkit plc Company Share Option Plan by certain employees of the Group.

Application will be made to the London Stock Exchange for the 413,925 new Ordinary Shares to be admitted to trading on AIM ("Admission") and it is expected that Admission will become effective and trading will commence at on or around 17 December 2020.

Director Dealing

On 11 December 2020 Keith Daley, Executive Chairman, purchased 413,775 Ordinary Shares at a price of 50.1 pence per Ordinary Share (the "Purchase").

As a result of the Purchase, Mr Daley's total beneficial interest in the Company is 14,838,410 Ordinary Shares representing approximately 23.76% of the Company's total issued share capital following Admission.

Total voting rights

Following Admission, the Group's issued and fully paid share capital will consist of 62,447,542 Ordinary Shares, all of which carry one voting right per share. The Group does not hold any Ordinary Shares in treasury.

Therefore, the total number of Ordinary Shares and voting rights in the Company will be 62,447,542.

With effect from Admission, this figure may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, the Company under the FCA's Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules.
