Grant of share options and PDMR dealings

Checkit plc (AIM:CKT), is pleased to announce that following the establishment of its new EMI Options Scheme it has granted options (the "EMI Options") over ordinary shares of five pence each ("Ordinary Shares") to all staff employed by the Group on 7 July 2020. The minimum award comprised of EMI Options over for 5,000 Ordinary Shares, with higher awards made depending on seniority and other criteria. The EMI Options are exercisable after a three-year holding period.

Following the above award of EMI Options, the total options outstanding are as follows:

PDMR Dealings

Included within the above, EMI Options were granted to Aylsa Muir, CFO Designate, and Sara Coate, Group Company Secretary and Solicitor, over 310,000 Ordinary Shares and 100,000 Ordinary Shares respectively representing 0.5% and 0.2% of issued share capital.
