Other Information

On June 29, 2018, the Board of Directors of Check-Cap Ltd. (the "Company"), accepted Mr. Tomer Kariv’s resignation as the Company’s director and as a member of the Nominating Committee. The resignation of Mr. Kariv was not due to any disagreements between Mr. Kariv and the Company on any matter relating to the Company’s operations, policies or practices.

The company thanks Mr. Kariv for his contribution and dedication over the years.
